Twin wall pump pipe adopts chrome carbide steel which has much better abrasion resistane than inductive heat-treated steel.

The abrasion resistance of casting pipes is 6 times better than that of normal mangaese (Mn) steel and inductive heated pipes.

Application of chrome carbides liners improves at least 4-5 times of normalheat-treated pipes.

Flange model would be a little different from country to country. End flange for DN125mm concrete pump pipe:

(1) Standard SK148mm, apply for Multiple brands concrete pump and countries.

(2) HD157mm flange. Mostly used in USA, MEXICO, CANADA.

(3) MF166mm flange. Mostly used for Schwing concrete pump. apply for India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka.

(4) ZX175mm flange. Mostly used for Putzmeister concrete pump, Apply for India.
